    WeeWorks is a website featuring qualified and verified professionals and services in your neighbourhood. Registered users can post jobs, browse and book professionals for their day-to-day jobs.

  • How can I post a job?

    Tell us about your job by answering some simple questions, upload pictures if available and you are good to go!

  • Will my personal information be safe?

    We take utmost care in keeping your information safe and secure with us. We do not share personal information of our registered users to any third party without prior consent and/or intimation.

  • How does it work?

  • Can I discuss the job directly with Service Provider?

    We offer real-time chat facility that lets you discuss your job with service providers/ professionals within your vicinity. You may finalize job and service terms before hand.

  • Can I share pictures of the job?

    a. Yes

  • How long do I need to wait to get someone work on my job?

    The process is quite fast, as soon as you post a job, our registered professional’s starts working to provide you the best quote. Once you are happy with the quote along with availability of the service providers, they can get the work started as per agreed date and time.

  • Do I need to pay for blocking the service provider?

    a. Yes, you will be paying £5 booking fee as you select your Service Provider to secure your job. This booking fee will be deducted from the total amount.

  • How do I pay?

    a. WeeWorks – £5 of the total Job Cost will be paid upfront on WeeWorks.

    b. Service Provider - The remaining of the payment is made to the Service Provider when the job is complete or as per the agreed payment terms between you and the Service Provider. (Cash/Bank transfer/credit card payment.

  • Do I have to pay WeeWorks any fee or commission for finding a service provider?

    a. No, there is no additional fee or commission taken from our Customers apart from £5 of the booking fee.

  • How fast can I get a Service provider, if I post my job now?

    a. As soon as any project is posted on our Website, instant notification is auto sent to all our Service Providers with relevant skill sets notifying of the job posted online. You will then receive bids from the Service Providers and will also be able to chat through our mobile apps or web account to provide any further information required, if any.

    b. It is entirely your discretion to choose the Service Provider who first approached you or wait for other Service Providers to place their bids. You also get the opportunity to view the reviews and profile of each Service Provider before you can commit to go ahead.

  • What is the cancellation and refund policy?

    a. Cancellation - We have 48 hours Cancellation Policy. If for whatever reason you are unable to go ahead with the project, please notify us 48 hours before the Project date and time.

    b. Refund – The blocking fee (£5 of the total cost) paid when securing the Job will be refunded in full within three working days if the cancellation criteria is met. If you fail to meet the cancellation policy criteria there will be no refund.

  • How can you offer something for such a low price?

    a. We are passionate about providing a safe and reliable way for people to find quality professionals and strongly belief that it shouldn’t have to be expensive to be good.
